Charter Hill Partners is an independent corporate finance advisory firm focused on strategy, growth and transition. Based in Omaha, our clients are located throughout the United States.

We view capital planning as critical to a firm’s ability to effectively foster growth and efficiently manage operations. We also selectively make direct investments with our individual and corporate capital partners to facilitate specific growth plans or shareholder transitions.

Jeff Vaske

Charter Hill is led by Jeff Vaske. Jeff established Charter Hill in 2005 after gaining extensive experience in the financial management field having previously managed multiple merger and acquisition transactions, private investment partnerships and an investment advisory firm.

In addition to this experience, Jeff has partnered with companies through both ownership and consulting roles in fields that include healthcare, financial services, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, business services and information technology.

Jeff also serves on the Nebraska Startup Academy board and as a Fellow at the University of Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship where he earned his undergraduate degree in Finance.
